Terms of Service

We do a 100% quality check for all our products before sending them out, in the rare case that the product you receive is not in perfect condition, we welcome returns and exchange on the following terms -


The product received does not match the item selected during order confirmation


The product has a manufacturing defect


The product is received in a damaged condition.


You can reach us at  to initiate returns and exchange with the subject of the mail as ‘Return’ or ‘Exchange, mentioning the order number.’


Return and Exchange Process:


Our return policy is applicable within 48 hours from receipt of the product for the following reasons: Damaged product, Manufacturing defect & incorrect product.


Please send us images of the damaged part or the incorrect product on .in  from where our Quality Control team will check its eligibility for return or exchange.


Once your request has been accepted, we will arrange a reverse pick up for the damaged product and issue a replacement with the correct product once the damaged product is picked up by our logistics partner. This entire process should take around 2-3 working days.


In case a replacement is not available for the damaged product, we will issue a credit note for our online store of the same amount.




Refunds will be only in the forms stated below:


Replacement of the damaged /incorrect product with the correct product


Credit Note for our online store of the same amount


Please note that our policy does not support refund of money. Refunds can only be in the form of a product or credit note for our online store.


By confirming the order, it is deemed that the customer has read and agreed to abide by the return policy.
